The CLI

lps talks to your WordPress sites directly. Your files, credentials and site data never pass through Loopress servers.

When the CLI crashes, it sends an error report to Sentry so we can fix it. Before it leaves your machine, the report is scrubbed: arguments and flag values are removed (only flag names are kept), site URLs are blanked, and server responses are dropped. Turn it off withlps telemetry disable, or for a single run with LOOPRESS_TELEMETRY_DISABLED=1.

The WordPress plugin

• Light sends nothing to Loopress.
• Full can report its own errors to Sentry, only after an administrator says yes in the plugin's Settings tab. It also checks for new versions, like any plugin update check.
• Full also sends an anonymous usage ping, at most twice a day, so we know how many sites use it: a random identifier generated by the plugin, the Loopress, WordPress and PHP versions, the site language, its timezone and its environment type (production, staging...). Never the site URL, an email address, content or the plugin list, and the IP address is not stored. Daily rows are deleted after 13 months. Switch it off anytime in the plugin's Settings tab.

This website

• Contact form: your name, email and message, used only to reply.
• Newsletter: if you subscribe, your email is stored with Brevo. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Analytics: Vercel Analytics, aggregated and without cookies.
• Theme: one local storage entry remembers light or dark mode. No tracking or advertising cookies.

The Loopress console

If you sign in to console.loopress.dev with Google, we store your email address and a Google account identifier, never your Google password. Running lps login connects a project to that account and syncs its metadata and WordPress credentials, encrypted at rest.

Who processes it

Usage pings are stored on Loopress's own servers, never shared. Sentry (error reports), Brevo (email), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Google (console sign-in) and GitHub (code and releases), each under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data or share it for anyone's marketing.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data at any time through thecontact page. We keep it while your account is active or as long as needed to answer you.

loopress is a developer tool, not aimed at children under 16.
