What we collect

• Alpha waitlist: if you leave your email to join the alpha, we store it with our email provider (Brevo) to notify you about product updates.
• Contact form: name, email, subject, and message, sent to our team and used only to reply to your request.
• Loopress account: if you sign in to the Loopress console with Google, we store your email address and a Google account identifier. We do not request or store your Google password.
• CLI usage: the CLI and WordPress plugin run against your own WordPress site. Nothing is sent to Loopress unless you run lps loginto connect a project to your account, in which case project metadata and WordPress credentials (encrypted at rest) are synced so CI deployments don't need separate secrets.
• Website analytics: we use Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies and reports aggregated, non-identifying traffic data.

How we use it

To operate the service, respond to your messages, send product updates you've opted into, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of providers to run Loopress: Brevo (email and contact form delivery), Google (sign-in), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and GitHub (distribution of the open-source CLI and plugin). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

Data retention

We keep account and contact data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to respond to your request. You can ask us to delete your data at any time via thecontact page.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Reach out via the contact pageand we'll act on it.

Cookies & local storage

The website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It stores a single local storage entry on your device to remember your light/dark theme preference.

Children

Loopress is a developer tool and is not directed at, or knowingly used to collect data from, children under 16.

Changes to this policy

As Loopress moves out of alpha and adds paid plans and team features, this policy will be updated to reflect what's actually collected. We'll update the date at the top when that happens.
